The internet is a wonderful thing, full of information and fun. By now, many people have heard about web safety and may even have taken some precautions. However, we find that as the numbers of those on the internet increase every month, more people are either unaware of web safety practices or are learning about them the hard way.

This site is a growing resource for those on the internet to learn about web safety, especially children, teens and parents. Yes, there are other sites that share this information as well (and we occasionally share links with them, but Duck and Moose is ran by people who have been working with children, teens and parents as well as being personally involved in internet safety issues and online games for many years.

More will be added each week. Also, watch for a new page design.

Thank you to everyone who took the survey. We stopped receiving responses on November 28, 2008. We are currently processing the information.
